The Santa Maria won the 1st place trorphy for
Association/Club Floats at the May 8, 2004 May Day Parade.

At our May 2nd Assembly Meeting SK Tony Vernerey (L)
finally gets to hold the Former Master W. Hooch-Antink
Award of Merit that he won as the 2004 Sir Knight of the
Year in the British Columbia 4th Degree District.

Congratulations to Lloyd & Bernice Gerson on their
50th. Wedding Anniversary which they celebrated on
February 21, 2004. State Deputy Terry Kidwell (L)
presents them both with certificates from Supreme
in honour of the occassion.

May Lloyd and Bernice enjoy many more
happy years together.

On Saturday, February 7, 2004 our float received
a 1st. Place Award in the Religious category at the
Vernon Winter Carnival Parade.

Mrs Alice Young, widow of SK Albert Young holds the trophies we received at the 4th Degree Convention in April 2003 for the Highest Number of New Members and the Highest Percentage Gain in Membership.
Alice Young's recruiting efforts in memory of her late
husband were instrumental in us receiving this awards.
